Please ensure that window is updated while on WIFI to include the optional/addition updates related to the Intel drivers.
Please be sure that you are on the most current version of Trimble Access allowed by your warranty.
Please, make sure they are not using the WIFI option long distance. WIFI is for scans and radio is for surveying at those distances.
In the windows home screen look for Empower Hub and be sure that the app is on and connected to the radio. Open the app and if there is a green circle and a check mark it is functioning properly. There will be an audio chime to let you know it has connected as well
