How To Schedule Preventative Maintenence For Your Instrument
If you would like to find the form on our main website, you can follow the path below to find the form.
- click on the "Submit a Request" link at the top of your screen.
- Then choose "Hardware Service Request" via the drop down to submit your request.
- Please make sure to include as much detail in the form about your problem as possible so we can be ready once your instrument arrives for service.
- We will confirm receipt of your request and inform you of the appropriate service center address for shipment or drop-off.
After those steps, you instrument would be ready for service. If you want to stay up to date on the status of your repair, you can see all your open request within your profile and under "My Activities". This is located in the top right hand corner of your screen.
